How does your selection and onboarding process work?<\/i><\/b><\/p>

\u201cWe have developed a selection process that puts the person at the centre. In addition to traditional interviews, we ask candidates to take a practical test specific to the role they are seeking. This allows us to assess each candidate\u2019s technical skills, but also gives them the opportunity to show their potential. What\u2019s more, we make sure that each candidate receives a reply to indicate our respect and consideration for each individual who interacts with us. We try to create a welcoming environment during the onboarding process, providing all the resources necessary for a successful integration into the team.\u201d<\/p>

The future of work is dynamic, and HR will play a key role in preparing companies to meet these challenges.\u201d<\/p>
